SYRACUSE, NY: Brenda J. Finter  MA, CIH, CSP,  is a Certified Industrial Hygienist and Corporate Safety Officer in B2 Environmental, Inc. Previously she served as the Industrial Hygienist for a Utility Company in Council Bluffs, Iowa. Prior to that, served as an Industrial Hygienist for the US Army totaling 6 years at 3 Army installations, including 9 years’ active duty Army as an Environmental Health Specialist. Experience includes more than 30 years in industrial hygiene, indoor air quality, safety, and environmental health in manufacturing, military hospitals and installations, and consulting. She has overseen client industrial hygiene projects from inception to completion.

Haven Environmental is dedicated to bringing the highest-level industry experts to client projects. Having a Certified Industrial Hygienist on board establishes the highest level of professional expertise and verified technical background.  We are excited Brenda is working with us, her lifetime of expertise will add another level of capabilities for us to service larger clients with more complex environmental issues.

Translated into daily work, Haven offers a suite of services built around property inspection services and the indoor environmental issues that have become more and more prevalent over the past few years. Haven Environmental offers home inspection, mold assessment, senior “age in place” safety inspections, commercial property inspection, indoor environmental consulting and property damage assessments.  The company plans to add 4 employees this year and begin providing specialized training and approved courses for continuing education credit requirements for insurance agents and real estate professionals.
